Ingredients

12 large strawberries, washed and dried
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and fully melted.
Hold a strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
Place the dipped strawberry on the prepared baking sheet.
Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
If desired, melt the white chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl using the same method.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the dipped strawberries using a fork or piping bag.
Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting, about 15 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
